Fill in To Send Money form and submit it to the bank operator, together with your valid ID.

Inform the receiver about the information: sender’s name, country the money is sent from, sent amount and MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).

Money will be available for collecting in a few minutes.

At one of Western Union locations fill in To Receive Money form. You must know sender’s name, the country that money was sent from, expected amount and MTCN – Money Transfer Control Number. (If the location is automated, you just need to tell the data to the operator).

Submit your valid ID.

The bank’s operator will pay out the money and give you the receipt.

Fill in Commercial payment form and submit it to the bank’s operator, together with your valid ID. Wait for the receipt.

Inform your contact person about the transfer details.
